Each year after the conference has concluded, the Circle of Change Leadership Experience provides student leaders who attended any of our leadership programs throughout the year with an opportunity to participate in our ten-month campus ambassador program.

The ten-month campus ambassador program not only provides traditional, non-traditional, and first-generation college students with bi-weekly virtual leadership development programs with trained leadership coaches and executives, but these groups of amazing students also serve as volunteers of the organizations as well.

As volunteers of the organization, these student leaders from across the country will help with the planning of the conference, marketing and social media outreach, as well as other aspects of the conference that align with the passion and strengths of the campus ambassadors.
