The Circle of Change Leadership Experience is a 501c(3) organization that specializes in creating transformational leadership and career experiences for traditional, non-traditional, and first generation students across the country.
Our award-winning and nationally-recognized leadership development conferences take place each year in Los Angeles, California and Miami, Florida.
Students who attend these national leadership and career development experiences will not only engage with dynamic keynote speakers and empowerment sessions focused on helping students discover the leader from within and develop the leadership skills that are needed to thrive and succeed as an emerging leader in the 21st Century, but they will also be able to participate in interactive panel sessions with exceptional professionals from top- tier organizations to gain the wisdom, knowledge, and insight needed to position themselves for career success in college and beyond.

The 15th Annual Circle of Change Leadership Conference will be held at the California State University, Dominguez Hills from Thursday, November 21, 2024 through Saturday, November 23, 2024.
On Sunday, November 24, 2024, we will be hosting our Disney Day where colleges and universities that attend can spend time at Disneyland with others that attended the conference.
The purchase of tickets for Disneyland will be the responsibility of the colleges and universities that attend the Circle of Change Leadership Experience.
