Each of these highly interactive and engaging leadership development empowerment sessions is led by trained guest speakers and facilitators from across the country.

Developing Your Ethical Compass
Goal: The objective of this session is to help students develop an ethical leadership compass.
This leadership development empowerment session with our trained speakers and facilitators will focus on helping students develop an ethical leadership compass grounded in their top five values, empowering them to make positive decisions, lead with exceptional character, and serve others in a fair and respectful manner, and lead ethically. This interactive session will center on various assessments, activities, and reflection exercises.
Personal Leadership
Goal: The objective of this session is to help students increase their student awareness, discover the leadership assets they possess within, and use that information to develop a strong personal, career, and leadership brand and style.
This leadership development empowerment session with our trained speakers and facilitators will focus on helping emerging and seasoned leaders develop their personal, career, and leadership brand by identifying their talents, strengths, passions, values, personality, story, cultural assets and career interest that can empower them to attain career leadership success. This interactive session will revolve around various assessments, activities, and reflection exercises.
Developing Your Vision to Change the World
Goal: The objective of this session is to help students develop a clear, concise, and compelling vision to change the world.
This leadership development empowerment session with our trained speakers and facilitators will focus on helping students develop a solid vision to change the world that is grounded in purpose through the increased knowledge of themselves that was discovered in the second empowerment session. This interactive session will consist of vision mapping and the creation of vision boards.
Emotional Intelligence
Goal: The objective of this session is to help students increase their emotional intelligence as a leader.
This leadership development & empowerment session with our trained speakers and facilitators will focus on helping student leaders develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of emotional intelligence as a leader through the Daniel Goldman Model of Emotional Intelligence. This interactive session will consist of activities and reflection exercises.
Leadership Wellness
Goal: The objective of this session is to provide students with the opportunity to explore various pillars of wellness to ensure a comprehensive understanding of wellness as it applies to leadership development and success.
This leadership development empowerment session with our trained speakers and facilitators will focus on helping student leaders develop a deeper understand of leadership wellness. This interactive session will consist of activities and reflection exercises that revolve around personal, physical, emotional, spiritual, social, financial, mental, and community wellness.
A Call to Action
Goal:The objective of this session is to help students develop a plan of action that will lead to immediate impact when they return to their respective campuses and communities.
This leadership development empowerment session with our trained speakers and facilitators will focus on helping students develop a call to action by identifying their leadership goals, developing a strategic action plan, and creating a network of resources to help them attain career leadership success and make a positive impact as a leader when they return to their campus. This interactive session will consist of activities and reflection exercises.
Inclusive Leadership
Goal: The objective of this session is to help students learn about the attributes and characteristics of an inclusive leader.
Organizational Excellence
Goal: The objective of this session is to help students learn how to create an organizational culture that leads to increased retention, engagement, and productivity amongst its members.
This leadership development empowerment session with our trained speakers and facilitators will focus on helping students learn about the key components of an organizational culture that impact retention, engagement, and the productivity of its members.
