Each year after the conference is complete, the Circle of Change Leadership Experience provides culturally diverse student leaders who attended any of our leadership programs with an opportunity to participate in our ten-month campus ambassador program.

The ten-month campus ambassador program not only provides traditional, non-traditional, and first-generation student leaders with bi-weekly virtual leadership development programs with trained leadership coaches and executives, but these groups of amazing students also serve as volunteers of the organizations as well.

As volunteers of the organization, these culturally diverse group of student leaders from across the country will help with the planning of the conference, marketing and social media outreach, as well as other aspects of the conference that align with the passion and strengths of the campus ambassadors.
